‘Sex And The City’ franchise finally comes to an end!

According to reports, Sex And The City franchise has finally come to an end, as producers don’t have any plans for the third movie after the second installment has been slammed by critics.

I didn’t expect anything special from Sex And The City 2. When watching it I realized how right I was and how fake and exaggeratedly vain the characters had grown. The movie wasn’t worth the buzz at all. It looked like a parody of SATC, rather than its new chapter.

Seems I’m not alone in my opinion, as all plans for the third installment of the franchise have been shelved.
Before the premiere of SATC 2 Sarah Jessica Parker said she hoped “Carrie will live on.” All the SATC lead ladies (SJP, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis and Kim Cattrall) were up for another movie and the film’s creator Michael Patrick King had “lots of ideas.”

Well, looks like they should save their ideas for other projects.

RIP Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte and Samantha.

Will you miss them???
