The sex tape battle continues!

This time J Lo’s ex hubby Ojani Noa is countersuing the singer, her folks, her business partner, lawyer and law firm for the unbelievable $100 million for an attempt “to ruin” him and intentionally interfere in the production of his mockumentary consisting of 11+ hours of home video from the couple’s honeymoon in 1997.

I believe that I have an unalienable First Amendment right to enter the J Lo home videos into the public court record, so as to defend myself,” Noa’s agent, Ed Meyer, said. “If Judge Chalfant has a problem with this, he can have me hauled out of the courtroom in handcuffs in front of the world media.”

The infamous home video reportedly containing sex scenes starring Jennifer Lopez was to go public today but the judge issued a temporary restraining order. The next court hearing is scheduled to take place tomorrow.





Ojani’s agent also noted that his client was suing Jen’s dad for defamation and her mom for previously selling “some of Ojani Noa’s home video footage to Univision without Ojani Noa’s express permission for $30,000”, Radar Online revealed.
